• How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are! Orders are Orders processed within 1-3 business days (we’re a small family-run business, so we appreciate your patience during busy seasons of the year). Typically, orders will will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Tracking information will be provided when your order has shipped.
• What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and be sure to include your name, order number, and photos of the damage. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be processed.
• What is your return policy?
We can accept returns for a refund, minus a $14.99 restocking fee, as long as items are sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
A few important guidelines:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Seeds cannot be returned.
If an item is damaged, click here to send us a note and we’ll resolve it quickly.
We only accept returns for items shipped within the U.S. and do not support returns for orders forwarded by freight services.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States.
• Do you have a brick & mortar store? Can we visit Mayflower Homestead in person?
While we don’t have a traditional storefront, we do have an honor system farm stand (that’s open from Memorial Day to Labor Day) near our homestead in Lenox, Massachusetts here! While we so appreciate the interest, Mayflower Homestead is our home, so it’s not open to the public.
